Portia Khuselwa Dyantyi is a Litigation Fellow. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UNISA and a National Diploma in Law from the University of Johannesburg.
She joined SERI in October 2012 as liaison to the 36 families of the deceased strikers represented by SERI before the Marikana Commission of Inquiry. As a Candidate Attorney, Khuselwa’s involvement in the Marikana Case continued as she was part of the legal team in the Civil claims against the Minister of Police and the prosecutions of the police officers that are currently ongoing.
