Brad Larkin was a research intern at SERI from June till August 2011. He has strong interest in socio-economic rights in South Africa and general human rights issues throughout the African continent. Previously, Brad participated in a winter law programme at the University of the Witwatersrand and was a volunteer at Legal Aid South Africa's Alexandra Justice Centre.
Brad has a BA in International Relations and International Development from Tulane University, a MA in Diplomacy and African Studies from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce, and is currently pursuing his J.D. at the University of Kentucky College of Law (expected 2012).
